Fauna conveys an organic, psychedelic & dance friendly experience. The music is a meditative ritual where the listeners find themselves encased in rhythms. You will be dragged along through thorns and bushes by a forceful, volcanic pulse. Time and space lose all meaning in a mind warping journey through the woods- The Gothenburg music collective Fauna released their debut singles "Animalisk“ and "Cirkel" in early 2023, showcasing their unique and driving sound that has already earned them high praise from both audiences and critics alike. Combining organic instrumentation with dance-friendly beats, Fauna's debut singles provide an exciting introduction to their identity. The releases were followed up by the band’s first live appearance in March 2023, which took place at the collective’s underground club experience in Gothenburg, where the international acts Acid Arab and Carbon Based Lifeforms were invited as co-headlines. After a successful debut show and a first release of their music the band has appeared on numerous festivals both in Scandinavia and mainland Europe such as PLX(SWE), Roots&Hyrbid(DK), Beat Dage(DK), PHRE(DE), Positive Future(AU), Way Out West(SWE), Urkult(SWE) to name a few - sharing stage with acts like Islandman, Föllakzoid, Bab L’Bluz, Fulu Miziki, Waq Waq Kingdom as well as a support show for GOAT in their hometown Gothenburg. Fall 2025 the band is completing their work with their debut album and with several planned tours and festival appearances they are gearing up for a busy 2026.

Fauna vermittelt ein organisches, psychedelisches und tanzfreundliches Erlebnis. Die Musik ist ein meditatives Ritual, in dem sich die Zuhörer in Rhythmen eingehüllt wiederfinden. Man wird von einem kraftvollen, vulkanischen Puls durch Dornen und Büsche gezogen. Zeit und Raum verlieren jede Bedeutung auf einer geistverzerrenden Reise durch den Wald. Das Göteborger Musikkollektiv Fauna veröffentlichte Anfang 2023 seine Debütsingles „Animalisk“ und „Cirkel“, die ihren einzigartigen, treibenden Sound präsentierten und ihnen bereits großes Lob von Publikum und Kritik einbrachten. Durch die Kombination aus organischer Instrumentierung und tanzbaren Beats bieten Faunas Debütsingles eine spannende Einführung in ihre künstlerische Identität. Die Veröffentlichungen wurden von ihrem ersten Live-Auftritt im März 2023 begleitet, der im Underground-Club des Kollektivs in Göteborg stattfand. Als Co-Headliner wurden die internationalen Acts Acid Arab und Carbon Based Lifeforms eingeladen. Nach einer erfolgreichen Debütshow und den ersten Releases trat die Band auf zahlreichen Festivals in Skandinavien und ganz Europa auf, darunter PLX (SWE), Roots&Hybrid (DK), Beat Dage (DK), PHRE (DE), Positive Future (AU), Way Out West (SWE) und Urkult (SWE), um nur einige zu nennen. Im Herbst 2025 schließt die Band die Arbeit an ihrem Debütalbum ab, und mit mehreren geplanten Tourneen und Festivalauftritten bereitet sie sich auf ein ereignisreiches 2026 vor.
